October 27 - Selling crafts and markets and festivals with Jim Atchison

This is an in-person & Zoom meeting.

Doors open at 6:15 PM, meeting starts at 6:45 PM

Jim Atchison has been selling his pottery at craft shows, markets and festivals for over 50 years. He currently serves as President of the Banner Mountain Artisan and manages their annual show at the Elks Lodge in November. His book, Selling Crafts at Markets and Festivals, is available on Amazon.

His presentation will cover a variety of sales and marketing concepts for shows as well as from the studio, both virtually and in person.

He makes pottery under the name LickinFlames in Nevada City, CA. His wife, Brenda, is an avid knitter. Her knitting habit pushed him toward his line of yarn bowls, buttons and shawl closures.

Guests are welcome to attend one meeting free of charge prior to joining the guild.

The Zoom link will be sent to members that register for the event, or you can find it in the Members Only section under Zoom Links.
